• Leaving employment
• Change in contracted hours or salary/weekly wage
• Marriage, divorce or separation from partner
• Starting or returning from maternity leave
• Birth or adoption of a child
• Change in childcare arrangements
• Change to spouse or partner circumstances or those of the other parent
• Relocation
• Death of dependant
• Long term absence from work
