If you leave the scheme, either as a result of a life changing event or at the end of the scheme year, or if you leave Home Retail Group altogether, your contract ceases and you will no longer be eligible to participate in the scheme. kidsunlimited will stop payments to your childcare provider so you will need to make alternative arrangements to pay your childcare provider directly.

Additionally your terms and conditions of employment will change to take into account the fact that you are no longer sacrificing part of your salary in return for childcare vouchers.

Any money that remains in your childcare account can either be used to pay your childcare provider in the future or can be refunded to you through the payroll. If the money is refunded it will be subject to tax and NI deductions at the rate due when the refund is made.

It is not possible to refund any balance in your account once you have left the Company.
