
By entering the scheme you are agreeing to a change in your terms and conditions of employment because your gross pay is reduced by the amount of your salary sacrifice, but you are entitled to kidsunlimited Childcare Vouchers to the same value in return.
The amount that you can sacrifice from your gross salary in return for kidsunlimited Childcare Vouchers is up to a maximum of £243 per month, (£55 per week).
By entering this scheme you are agreeing to the arrangement continuing for a full twelve months unless there is a life change event during this period.
The amount that you have agreed to sacrifice each month will be paid to kidsunlimited on your behalf who will in turn pay your childcare provider.
The scheme is flexible. If your childcare fees vary from month to month you can ´bank´ money in your account and advise kidsunlimited how much and how often you want to pay the childcare provider.
If your childcare costs are more than the value of your salary sacrifice you have the option to pay the balance out of your net pay. Alternatively you can pay the difference directly to your childcare provider.
